This wireless charging pad features a Qi2.2 wireless charging pad which will allow your phone to charge faster than the Ioniq 6's built in offering. This is especially helpful if you are using a wireless Android Auto or Apple CarPlay adapter.
The charger is designed specifically for your iPhone, Pixel 10 or Samsung phone that supports 25W charging and have magnets built into them or their case.
Phones that don't feature MagSafe magnetic alignment or something similar, will not work with this charging pad.
Installation:
Remove the piece of red plastic from the foam tape, stick the charging pad into the slot and push down to adhere the foam tape.

Phones will overheat quicker if in direct sunlight or in a hot car.Using this device doesn't mean your phone will never overheat as wireless charging inherently is inefficient and creates a lot of excess heat. This product reduces the time it takes to overheat depending on various factors. Like your EV, phone charging slows the closer it gets to 80%. You will only see 25W charging below 40% state of charge. When putting a nearly full phone on the charging pad and using wireless CarPlay/ Android Auto, you may see your battery drain.
