Returns/Refunds

• I accept returns for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns initiated over 30 days will be charged a 50% restocking fee.
  
• If a return is initiated and it is not been shipped within 7 days, a 25% restocking fee will be applied when the refund is processed.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on my part.
• For automatic door lockers, no refund will be given if instructions are not followed leading to a device failure. If wire colors do not match your instructions, you are responsible for reaching out for further direction. Failure to do so will result in no refund.

Warranty

• All products sold are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
• This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  
• If the product is deemed defective, I will, at my discretion, repair or replace the item free of charge.
